Cestavo — Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Cestavo, run by Nicholas Syrianoudis, 25 Camelot Ct, Canfield, OH 44406. Contact: nsyrianoudis@gmail.com. We reply to support emails within 5 business days. By using the site you agree to them. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

1. Information only — not health, nutrition or allergy advice

Meal plans, recipes and shopping lists are general information. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, are not designed for any medical condition, and we make no promise about weight or health outcomes. We don't check products or brands for allergens and don't say any plan is free of any allergen. Always read the ingredient label, ask the seller about unpackaged food, and follow your doctor's or dietitian's advice about allergies, intolerances and your own needs.

2. Prices are estimates

Ingredient prices are averages published by third-party sources (for example DIEESE, INEGI, Insee, the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (Osservatorio prezzi) and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) for the stated area and month. Actual prices vary by store, brand and region and may have changed. Any total or partial sum is our own calculation, not the source's. These sources do not endorse this site.

3. Price

The service is free. There is no paid plan.

4. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in bulk, disrupt or probe it, or resell or republish its content.

5. Content and sources

Site text, plans and design belong to Nicholas Syrianoudis. Price figures belong to their sources and are cited with links and attribution.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

Ohio law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules and courts of the country where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above.
